As a Clue Chase player, you have the right to request the deletion of all information we hold about your game account. Please note that deleting your game account data will also remove all related information, including any in-game purchases or event achievements. 

Once you contact us, this process may take up to 7 days. After your game account data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. However, you can reset the game and start again if you choose to play.

You can either tap on the "Contact Us" button located at the top right corner of the screen or tap on "No" down below the screen and tap on "Contact Us." When the chat window appears, please write "Delete my account."
