Players can be muted and unmuted on the Team page. Once a player is muted, you will no longer see their messages or life requests in the team chat. You can follow the steps below to mute a player:

Tap on the Team button,

Tap on the "Show" button,

Tap a teammate's name to open the pop-up menu,

Tap the "Mute" button.

To unmute a player, you can tap the "Unmute" button on the pop-up menu.
